This group will run for 8 weeks from
March 10th to May 5th, 2026
Tuesdays 5:00 to 6:15pm.
Location: Shining Horizons-1680 Red Head Rd, Saint John, NB E2P 1K4
This is an unmounted horse program that will allow children to learn about emotions and how to cope with their grief.
Transportation can be arranged if you need support - Please reach out to us.
Last day to register is March 3rd.
All applications will be reviewed and a screening call is required before your child can be accepted into the program.
The fee is $90 dollars, however, no one will be turned away due to financial barriers.
Shining Horizons and NB Copes are partnering to offer an 8-week unmounted equine-assisted therapy program. This will be open to children ages 6-11 who have lost a parent, sibling, or a close friend.
