Spring Programming

Our spring program calendar is filling up and we wanted to share our plans for program offerings. We hope that you will find something to help you or someone you know along their grief journey.

In April, we will be offering a five-week program for children aged 6 to 12 who have experienced the loss of a parent, sibling, or close friend. This program, made possible by the Saint John Community Foundation, aims to provide a safe and supportive space for children to process their grief. You can find additional information and registration details here: https://nbcopes.ca/about-2

Also in April, we are partnering with Avenue B to offer a five-week program specifically designed for individuals impacted by a death related to substance use. We recognize the unique challenges associated with this type of loss and hope to provide a supportive environment for healing. For more information contact us here: https://nbcopes.ca/contact

We are also pleased to announce a new partnership that will allow us to host another six-week program. Details regarding age groups and times will be shared soon.

Finally, we have confirmed the dates for our annual Family Grief Retreat in August. This retreat is open to families who have experienced various forms of loss, registration to be launched shortly. However, save the date for August 28-31st, 2025. https://nbcopes.ca/familyretreat
